Policy regarding workshop choices

Workshop choices will be respected according to the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the room where the workshop takes place. When that number is reached, a second workshop choice will be awarded. The date workshop selections with payment are received will be the determining factor. For some workshops, minimum of 20 participants is required.
